How many times do we get to get things right?
Well life never seems to go the way you want it too......my sister did go to a Dr. in Phoenix for her recurring brain tumor...I had read an article in the paper where a Dr. Spetzler had done surgery on a little girl in a near by town that 30 other Doctors turned away due to difficulty of hers....but I found him on the internet and wrote him a letter about my sis and she was excepted....I then had a benefit for her to raise some money for her and her family to go there...the rest of us kids paid our own way to get there....this was within a two week notice in December of 2007....not a good time, money wise....but we all did it....the surgery was a sucess and she believe it or not flew home with us girls four days after....this was a major surgery...she was very brave about it...after she got home she noticed fluid build up in the back of her head....she now is going thru MRI's and seeing other Doctors....we hope that maybe Dr Spetzler will take her back and do something about the fluid.....it is pretty bad....
she has had it rough and does treat herself very good....I hope and pray that she finds happiness somehow....she does deserve it....
Life has a way of stepping up in your face sometimes....
you only have one chance to get it right...but it doesn't always work out that way....
On a good note, I have been sooo busy with my grandkids...having a blast and my daughter Hannah is pregnant for her first....I never thought that i would see this day and I am soo happy....she is due in June....she is 30 so you see why I thought that she would just be true to her job forever....I feel like it will be a full circle now....and our family will be complete...
